Shipping is free to the lower 48 contiguous states of the US (including the District of Columbia) . Your items will be sent out of my shop within 1 - 2 of my receipt of your order unless otherwise noted. I contract for delivery within 3 - 4 days after they ship. However, no delivery service will guarantee shipping time. If you need faster delivery, please contact me (conklinmetaldesigns@gmail.com ), and I will set up a faster delivery option. You will be responsible for any increase in shipping costs.

My hope is that you are completely happy with your purchase, but if for any reason you are not, I will refund the full purchase price when the item is returned within 15-days of purchase. Please notify me via email at conklinmetaldesigns@gmail.com that you are returning an item. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost and returning the item in its original condition and gift box.
